Today’s designing technology is complex and often requires the skills of advanced programmers to create tool paths. PDCA has the skill to program 3-Axis through 5-Axis parts specifically in the medical and aerospace industries. Large and medium businesses use PDCA not only because We have the experience to program extremely large, complex and expensive parts.
With every CNC Programwe supply, set-up sheets, showing component orientation, datum positions and key dimensions. Tooling sheets are also supplied, to identify tools used, tool positions, flute lengths and gauge lengths.
We realise your asset is expensive, but must be set up efficiently with scrap to a minimum, with that in mind all of our work is checked for gouges collisions, and where possible on verification software to ensure you have reliable and error free CNC Program. We can also provide fixture design, stage drawings, and a complete on site prove out service.
